Design Registration
A non-registered design would not be in your property, legally. Thus, please pay sufficient attention that without registration you would be advertising someone else’s registration.
You should protect your design within maximum one year from the use or before the usage. In the contrary case, designs become public knowledge after one year and could be produced everyone.
Non-registered designs will cause many losses of rights.
