Registration Process of the Utility Model
The information and documentation, needed for a Turkish Utility Model registration:
- The application form, enclosed please find.
- Application and publication fee, indicated on the Utility Model Application Agreement.
- Description of the utility model and if available technical drawings (if not could be done by our side with one sample or picture)
- PoA, enclosed please find the related PoA. Should be duly signed, apostille is not required.
