European Patent Registration (EPC)

European Patent Registration; is the patent registration system which could provide patent right in all member states with one application before EPO ( the authorized Office for the application process), and Turkey joined the European  Patent Agreement in November 01, 2000.

After the publication of the registration decision of the patent application, the translation of the EPO publication fascicule is given to the related countries Patent Offices and the protection is rendered valid.

With the purpose of the protection of the inventions, European Patent Registration provides strengthen the cooperation of the European States and facility in proceedings.
