Kind of Trademarks
Collective mark
Signs, used by a group composed of the production, commerce and service enterprises. Collective mark distinguishes the goods and services of the enterprise from other enterprises’ goods and services.
Guarantee mark
Guarantees the common traits, production methods, geographical indications and quality of the enterprises under the supervision of the trademark holder, providing that the non-usage of the trademark holder’s or economically connected enterprises of the trademark holder’s goods and services.
Trademark
A trademark provides distinguishing the goods and services of one enterprise’s from others’ goods and services.
Service mark
A service mark provides distinguishing the services of one enterprise’s from others’ services.
